Mortgage Advice Fee Payment

If you require advice on a mortgage or re-mortgage we will charge an initial mortgage advice fee of £100. This fee is non refundable once we have started work on you or behalf. In addition we will charge 0.4% of the loan amount if you accept our advice. This is payable on completion of your mortgage, for example, if you take out a loan of £100,000 you will need to pay £400. We will refund to you any commission we earn from the lender. Please see our initial disclosure document for full details on how we get paid.

Why do we charge a fee?

The amount of commissions paid by lenders does vary, in addition some lenders offer some products only in branch and direct to the public. We therefore want to offer you all products available. Our fee allows us to get paid for the work we do on your behalf no matter which lender or product you proceed with.
